RecommendedSo, we love going there, when we can get in, but have had appointments, shown up and told that our appointment was double-booked (e.g. in error) at least three times in the last 12 months. We always walk away saying we'll never book again and yet, we do because it's not the fault of the masseuses and they are, indeed, fantastic (LOVE Irene and all the others, btw)! Last minute while I was in the area, I decided I wanted a scalp massage. I called and they put me in the that morning. The only thing I will say is that it was a dry scalp massage which seemed unusual for me, however the manipulation what great and the massage was nice. I wanted it to help stimulate hair growth. After the massage, I had my hair styled and was VERY pleased with the lady from Levant. I never got her name though. She was pleasant and professional. My absolute favorite place to go for my hair! Couldn’t be more happy with the results! The staff is wonderful always attentive and accommodating.
They have geat customer service, and we had a wonderful massage.
