Monique is the best! The rest of the staff is friendly, and it's a great atmosphere.
Was surprised and given a mini day spa package. Due to my acrylic nails I didn't receive a manicure and was told they would substitute services. ..which never happened. I found this person to be unpersonable Was never offered the champagne and chocolates. First time facial and it would have been nice to be warned before placing hot towels on my face. Or to be told what the tech was doing in each step. But I must say my massage was amazing!!
