Took care of my niece and nephew, took care of my three children. I’ve been with him for 12 years knows everything about everything has never been wrong once. Amazing Doctor.
Waited an hour and 20 minutes for this pediatrician to see my daughter. It was our first time with him as our routine pediatrician was not in. He walked in, did not know the name of my daughter or if he walked into the correct room. I informed him of my daughter’s name. He did not introduce himself nor apologize for the 1.5 hour wait time. Bautista stared at a screen and went through a checklist of questions. Understandable protocol for a new patient, but the office was empty and there wasn’t a single attempt to go off script. Then he took a phone call in the middle of the appointment. He Stepped outside the door to speak to his pet sitter with the door open.
