Over the last 7 years, we have enjoyed the quality and the pricing that this family business has to offer. Rose has been the person I am most comfortable with and trust the most. She is attentive and patient. The other day she helped us with getting a ring designed to be my wedding band to go along with a very unique Mystic Topaz ring that was purchased for me in 2019. Great customer service!!!
Carla was the absolute best. We got my wedding band and my husband's wedding band from her (we don't even live in Calgary) and we had the most amazing experience with our custom order. She was so quick with emailing us back and getting all the infomation we needed, they even sent us a mold of the ring in the mail to make sure it fit with my engagement ring perfectly. Called and asked about a rope chain, curb necklace combination, and pendant. Decided to go into the shop and check out their stock. Spoke with a woman named Theresa who was extremely rude and said the same thing 3 times about the price of the necklace being on sale, pushing it.
