I made an appointment for Dr. Stephens. I was able to get in a reasonable time frame (about 6 weeks) and was seen very close to my appointment time. He was nice. Listened to my concerns and gave me my prescriptions. It's hard to find a neurologist who can see migraine patients and actually care. He was very understanding and even gave me sample packs of some medications until I could get my prescription filled! That in itself is rare. I would definitely recommend him. Terrible phone service
I called about 2 months ago to schedule an appointment with Dr Stephens. The schedule appointment (that I had to wait 2 months for) was set for Thursday. When I arrived for my appointment not only did I come to find out the Dr was not there but that he doesn’t even work on Thursdays. The “receptionist” if that’s who she had such an attitude. Like I was inconveniencing her. An attitude like I don’t give 2 F@$#’s that you just drove in rush hour traffic for a half hour to get here, not my problem. RUDE staff! I will wait even ... read more
