前台小姐态度太差，语气太不好了，诊所负责任要管一管，
有病找医生，可是医生却不耐心帮病人解惑，真的好难过
The front office staff is the wosrt customer service you can experience. They are rude and not professional. They hang up on your calls or talk rudely or rush you thru the phone calls and then just hangs up. Dr. Ng really need to provide them with training or just hire a new set of staff because he will continue to lose patients at this rate. Please do better!
If I could give a ZERO star, I would. The staff is horrific. They have absolutely no professionalism and little to no organizational skills. They make no notes in patient files. Absolutely absurd!
I give Dr NG 5 starts he is a very good Dr I been going to him for around 10 years I keep going to him but the front desk people are so rude . Never approach patient I’m not sure if because I’m not Asian but they make me feel very uncomfortable . I haven’t find any other Dr as good as him and that’s the reason I keep on going to him . He should hired better staff for the front desk .
