When you make an appointment, they screw it up. When you correct him, he has a temper tantrum...and curses you out. He likes to play little games when confronted. Went there for marriage counseling and it was a nightmare. The funny thing is, that after my wife and I got through this disaster of a counselor, we made up! The stress of this guys bad behavior brought us together! Maybe that was his idea the whole time but who knows.
I cannot speak to this practices clinical skills, as I didn’t even get that far in the process. I can speak to their attitude toward patients. First, it’s difficult to get ahold of them. You call and get an answering service then the doctor calls you back. Secondly, they way they handle paperwork leaves much to be desired.
