The worse “contractor” out there. Stay clear of this individual. His favorite tool is caulk. Recently discovered how he installed bathroom vanity. He stuck one pipe into the other and silicone caulked it. No fittings just caulk. Needless to say it leaked. He installed a new door jamb but cut it too short, instead of replacing it he just caulked the gap. Mismatched shower tiles, holes in walls, horrible painting, etc. He has no regard to your property.
