I just got changed into the hospital gowns and went to my hospital bed to get prepped for surgery. Dr Chang was the only one who introduced himself to me. I told him I was a "hard stick" and it was near impossible to find a vein. He went out of his way to show me the ultrasound screen (which kept rolling away) and explain what the veins were and what the arterys were. Just went above and beyond and was excellent to me. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
