Awful team leadership. No training and lies through the interview process. Don't be fooled, this is a call center in small hick town USA. The customers are always mad due to the lack of professionalism, and no sense of urgency.
Unload in 10 minutes really thank to security guard and felida they help us thank yiy again.
3.5 hrs loading and blind side backing in dock#1 & 2
worst customer service I ever had,08/28/19 phone operator told me I can walk in and place my order there but after I drove there for 35 minute the phone lady told me I can't walk in and place my order ,she did't even bother tell me sorry.
