Issued a claim for an accident and they are saying some of the damage is not from the accident!!! There was no other accident! They refuse to cover some of the repairs even though they have yet to even receive the police report or all accident witness statements. I would not recommend. I have been paying insurance with his company or a form there of for the past 35 years and I will not be renewing in a couple months.
I've had both my car and home insurance with belairdirect, and overall my experience has been positive. Their rates were very competitive compared to other insurance companies, especially when bundling both policies together. The online quote process was quick, and managing my policies through the website and app has been convenient.
