I have both my car and house insurance with this company. The rep I spoke to, Shane Hiscock was efficient, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend Bell Air Direct!
Avoid. I was a customer with Anthony insurance paying $1500 annually. A couple years ago belairdirect bought Anthony insurance. Since then my insurance has gone up $400 and I’ve been provided absolutely no reason other than “ Insurance typically increases year-over-year”. 27% increase is unacceptable. Do not recommend. To be clear, This is not an issue with their staff. It’s the people at the top.
