Called Monday and they put us on schedule and we’re supposed to be to our house on Wednesday to unhook our unit. Never called us like they were supposed to come Wednesday so we called them and they said they wouldn’t make it. Told them we needed it done by Friday, they “left a note”. We never heard anything and called them three times on Friday. Left a voicemail and never a return call… then we were left in a pickle because we needed it done, thankfully another company came to the rescue.
They got my ducting system made and installed fast. Malachi and keegan are the technicians they sent out and they were very professional and kept me informed the whole time they were working.
James was absolutely phenomenal! So helpful and the company worked very promptly to get our AC fixed with three hours of calling! He was very educational while resolving the issue! Highly recommend!
James is an excellent technician. Answered our questions and was professional and timely. Extremely pleased with the job he did fixing our Mini Split. Would highly recommend him to fix your heating/cooling system.
