Quick and efficient. Had the needed replacement part in their truck. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable repair person.
Took care of my problem
Was scheduled to have someone out ( couple days in advance) was contacted and told the person should be at my house before they close. No show and no call until almost 7pm saying they can still come out, but I'd have to pay overtime. I'm not paying overtime bc you can't stick to your schedule. That's crazy to me.
