Receptionist is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I have been going to Dr. Garreffa for more than 20 years. He has consistently provided me with top notch vision care. Dr. G takes time to explain any issues detected during my very thorough eye exam. His Team has been invaluable in eyewear selection, helping me choose a new "look". I couldn't be happier!!!
I was thinking about using this Dr but when I went in to have a minor glasses adjustment, the receptionist complied but gave me such a dirty look, I decided to forget that notion. No, I wasn’t a patient of theirs but my optometrist closed their office and I really had no nearby options. It was upsetting.
The doctor is very very good. 5 stars for him. But receptionist HAS to minus 1 star so so crabby!
