I had a complex Ostomy takedown with significant scar tissue and hernias. Dr. Altimari successfully executed the surgery. He was warm and friendly, and open to answering questions I had. He was recommend to me by a nurse friend and a consulting Doctor.
Dr A is a real authenic caring person. I am blessed to have met him and have had hi. Do surg6procedure on me. .
Took out about half my colon. Because of diverticulitis and an abscess. 16 years later I'm still so very thankful he was there. I live 830 miles south bust I'd make the trip north if I needed to.
Worst physician my family has ever dealt with. Never explained what he was going to do to my 78 yo mother. Went in for a hernia repair came out with a major tummy tuck, unbelievable!!
He was not a clear or thorough communicator when he tried to discuss my illness. He was not an effective listener.
I met with Dr. Altimari regarding a serious issue. In short he is great! Dr. Altimari was able to help me and, due to the minimally invasive procedure, I recovered very quickly. I have already recommended him to a good friend who had similar results.
