5 stars for Dr. Echo is a gifted surgeon he is a life saver on earth. But His Staff are nightmares Ashley has been saying that she will call me back for several weeks and she has not. For some reasons she does not want to schedule the appointment. I do not know what her problem is with me. I faxed all the paperwork and referral. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to see Dr. Echo because he may have the most incompetent admin staff I've ever encountered. Below is a timeline of conversations that I had with Ashley West, a member of his admin. I have email documentation of almost all of the below. Just a giant waste of time on my end. 1. I fell in February 2021 and have been in intense nerve pain (8 out of 10 pain) from left buttock down left leg and into my foot 24/7. Since then, I have seen 29 doctors and therapists and have had 10 MRI’s, multiple procedures and injections including 2 other surgeries. None of the other doctors/therapists would think outside their box of knowledge and basically told me there was nothing they could do and recommended medication or having a pain stimulator implant.
