Good luck with their phone answering system. Nina the PA is amazing, however they are very understaffed and it’s impossible to get a callback. Some who you do get thru to are extremely rude!
I have been a patient of Dr. Distefano since 2021 and have dealt with two other doctors in this Hartford Healthcare practice. They always take the time to make sure that you understand the results of their examination as well as their recommendations for the proposed treatment.
I was put at ease, the whole procedure was very easy. Everything was explained as he was doing the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone who needed the procedure done.
Dr distefano is great and I’m sad to hear of his planned retirement. Although, I am happy for him. Thank you Anthony.
