Depaola is great, but his staff is really really bad when it comes to picking up the phone. Not a great quality in a doctors' office.
Office staff sucks and doctor doesntcare
A knowledgeable Physician that listens and has time for his patients and family members. He will become a good friend as well.
Dr Depaola is a wonderful caring Dr. His new nurse , the you ng man in the front office and receptionist are very unprofessional. They make fun of patients cannot fill out papers after 10days of being dropped off but have time to do this. I was told the nurse was to fill out papers but has not done so. My daughter had and appointment so she asked if the paper was filled out for me and right in front of her this is what they did. I would like to report this nurse to the nursing board
