Very kind and understanding Dr and staff.
The doctor was excellent but front staff ...not so much. I was charged my $35 copay when I arrived. The person at the front desk just handed me a receipt and said it was automatically charged to the "card on file". She never confirmed that was how I wanted to pay or the card number they had on file. In fact, I still don't even know what it got charged to because the receipt says "check". Then 2 days later I get a text and email bill for $167 with no explanation???? I checked my Florida Blue account and they don't even show a... read more
Dr. Deiorio was outstanding and so was his entire staff. The best of care the best of staff as well as expertise throughout the whole process. Dr. Deiorio listens to his patients thoughts and concerns, I consider myself fortunate to be in his care.
