I went in today for a trim and blowout with Mariann, and it was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I’m thrilled with the result and will definitely be coming back!
Edit: I also saw JP for some highlights and absolutely love it! I saw Alison today and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! Finally have the hair ive always wanted !
Been coming to this place for 5 years. Friendly staff. Pei does an amazing job on my hair from going red,brown, hot pink and black. Came the other day for my annual color and blowout. I was a little upset that my stylist didnt apply heat protection prior to styling . I had to request it. And then got told it wasnt necessary. I was today years old hearing that . I had one of the worst salon experiences ever here. My wife went in for a simple hair wash and style, but the lead stylist,Pei, treated her with shocking rudeness. When washing her hair, Pei soaked her entire back — not just a little splash, but drenched her clothes — and never apologized. It felt careless at best, and at worst like she was deliberately making the experience unpleasant.
