If I could rate this man negative stars I would’ve. I paid him $8000 out of pocket and he billed $24,000 to my insurance for work which not necessary and implants which he installed and then abandoned. He lied to me and told me that my front teeth weren’t savable that they all needed to come out. He was supposed to extract molars that were causing abscesses and sepsis, along with my front teeth bc they had minor cavities on the front side, then install implants. Dr. O’Neill is one of the most caring professionals I have ever had the pleasure of finding. In addition, from his chair side assistants, thru to the Dental Hygienist, I’ve experienced the most gentle touches, while still completing the most thorough of cleanings, X-rays and related care. I was terrified on my first visit, as I have very sensitive teeth, but I found right away, I didn’t need the nitrous for even below the gum cleaning.
