No heat in the house. Was told by the business owner; who knows the family, that he will NOT help us b/c he wasn't our 1st choice. And local business owners wonder why people go to larger companies to get work done. Thx Tony..maybe it's time for u to move out of town since u don't want to help out the locals. Shame we can't give negative stars
