Dr Cultrara is very kind and personable. Takes time to listen to and address any concerns.
He was very friendly but I could tell he wanted to get right to business (which was fine with me; I just needed to get wax removed from my ear.
Happy with service with front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Dr Anthony Cultrara was very patient in explaining what was going on and answered all of my questions and was very thorough and explaining treatments and explanations behind it.
I've seen Dr. Cultrara on several occasions. He is thorough and takes the time to explain treatment options.
The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, and the wait to see the doctor exceeded an hour with no explanation, no apology, and no estimate of how long the delay would be. I was there for a hearing test due to ongoing hearing difficulties, yet before even beginning the exam, the audiologist made several inappropriate assumptions.
