The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, and the wait to see the doctor exceeded an hour with no explanation, no apology, and no estimate of how long the delay would be. I was there for a hearing test due to ongoing hearing difficulties, yet before even beginning the exam, the audiologist made several inappropriate assumptions. Advanced ENT was amazing. Fit me in same day as I called, as it was an emergency. Staff was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. From the front desk (Missy), the Audiologist and the doctor, Dr. Anthony Cultrara. Couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend. 10 stars!!!

He made her feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand.
