I’ve taken my car to this business for years, but my recent experience has really changed my view. I had new tyres fitted elsewhere and was told to mention that a wheel alignment might be needed at my next service. I passed on that information as it was given to me. When I returned to pick up my car, Rose was incredibly passive-aggressive. I had such a great experience with Anthony Costello Automotive! They went above and beyond looking after my car, you can really tell they genuinely care about the work they do. They’re professional, honest, and take so much pride in making sure everything is done right. Even though they were busy, they still made time for me, which I truly appreciated. Yes the most recent review person is right they are ripping of people I will tell you the story I have taken my car to Anthony Costello there was vibration sound in left side dash board they charged me $395 and they said we are unable to find where is this sound coming from And there mechanic advised me to take car to another mechanic which is in Phillip ACT But after that I call to BMW Canberra ACT they fixed the car in 1 hour and they charged me $200 just the clip was not properly setup now the car is fine.
