Always a great doctor. Nice staff.
I previously left a negative review about Dr. Cipolla’s staff after a few not-so-great experiences, but I feel it’s only fair to update that. Since then, my experience has completely changed for the better. I’ve gotten to know the staff much more, and they have truly grown on me. They are kind, supportive, and really attentive to both my needs and my family’s. Dr. Cipolla is an amazing doctor—he genuinely listens and shows that he truly cares about his patients. This is a rating for Eileen K specifically for her rude and condescending nature. Refuses to let you talk directly to Dr Cipolla even when directly asked. I have been with Dr Cipolla for years and am rethinking a new provider thanks to Eileen K
