I had an extremely frustrating experience with this practice that ultimately led me to leave and seek care elsewhere. I requested a medication refill on Friday the 2nd. On Monday the 5th, I received a call asking which pharmacy it should be sent to. I clearly stated Kroger on Hunt, and was assured it would be sent there. Days went by and Kroger never received it.
