I have have been fortunate enough to have had Dr. Cappellino as my orthopedic surgeon for over 20 years. In my opinion it is the little things that separate Dr. Cappellino from other surgeons. Since my initial meeting with him in 2003 he has always had the demeanor of being more like your family doctor than that of a specialized surgeon. His ability to communicate with not just myself but with other family members, which in my case is my wife. The entire experience was amazing, everyone was kind and accommodating. The girls in the office were professional and friendly. The office was on schedule and I didn’t wait long. I met with Rick, not Rich, the PA. He was outgoing and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and he listened. He was knowledgeable and put me at ease until I could meet with the Dr. A+ from a retired school teacher.
As usual, the staff was professional, polite and efficient. The process could not be any faster and as a result I am feeling very good and looking forward to my next visit.
