I’ve had a frustrating experience with Allstate homeowners insurance that other customers—especially those who travel internationally—should be aware of. First, accessibility is a serious issue. While overseas, I was unable to log into their website or app due to geo-restrictions/firewalling. This effectively prevented me from viewing or managing my policy or making payments online.
