I had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Susie Rivera at the Anthony Cancel Allstate Insurance Agency in Fairfax this morning regarding information I needed on my home insurance policy. While there, we also took the opportunity to review my home and auto policies to ensure I was covered appropriately. My husband and I met with Susie Rivera in the Fairfax office of Allstate Insurance Company on November 17, 2025. We did not have an appointment, but we had a question about our homeowners insurance policy and we live near by so we visited the Allstate office. Searching for insurance is a task that I dread. I never know what I am truly getting and everytime I try to understand the difference between policies I feel like the person I’m speaking to is just trying to get me off the phone. This time was such an easy and knowledgeable transaction. I got to work with Susie and she took the time to help me understand the difference between policies and the coverage I would be receiving. We have had Allstate -- this agency and the one previous that merged with it -- since 1997 and have had nothing but premium service, attention and courtesy. My go to at this agency is Susie Rivera. She is the absolute best. Very informative, very helpful, very punctual and very personable. I highly recommend this agency for both auto and home (like us). They have NEVER let us or our kids down!
