I’ve had a frustrating experience with Allstate homeowners insurance that other customers—especially those who travel internationally—should be aware of. First, accessibility is a serious issue. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Susie Rivera at the Anthony Cancel Allstate Insurance Agency in Fairfax this morning regarding information I needed on my home insurance policy. Searching for insurance is a task that I dread. I never know what I am truly getting and everytime I try to understand the difference between policies I feel like the person I’m speaking to is just trying to get me off the phone.
