I had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Susie Rivera at the Anthony Cancel Allstate Insurance Agency in Fairfax this morning regarding information I needed on my home insurance policy. While there, we also took the opportunity to review my home and auto policies to ensure I was covered appropriately. My husband and I met with Susie Rivera in the Fairfax office of Allstate Insurance Company on November 17, 2025. We did not have an appointment, but we had a question about our homeowners insurance policy and we live near by so we visited the Allstate office. Searching for insurance is a task that I dread. I never know what I am truly getting and everytime I try to understand the difference between policies I feel like the person I’m speaking to is just trying to get me off the phone. This time was such an easy and knowledgeable transaction. I got to work with Susie and she took the time to help me understand the difference between policies and the coverage I would be receiving.
