I called to transfer my insurance to my new car and Kristy Markey was the one that helped me and she was amazing I have been with State Farm for 25 years and everyone has always been nice but she went way above and beyond thank you so much Kristy you are a keeper

Jennifer Moore we so helpful and kind. She's called me to let me know there was a discount I could add to my policy. I'm leary of insurance changes but she set my mind at ease. I absolutely loved the video call feature. The added touch of being able to see my agent was so reassuring!!!
