Prior to moving to Fountain Inn, I contacted the Anthony Bennon State Farm agency to set up auto and home owners insurance. Kristy Markey did an exceptional job putting together our policies. She answered all of my questions promptly and was very professional. I stopped in the office to meet her when I came for my walk-through on the new house and was greeted warmly by the staff. State Farm and Kristy are indeed "like a good neighbor"!
One of my family’s primary concerns has been communication surrounding a September 2022 claim. At the time, the police report indicated that our driver was not at fault. Then, in September 2024, after believing the matter had been resolved for nearly two years, we learned from a third party that we had been named in a lawsuit that State Farm was handling.
