After some disappointing experiences with a previous local dentist, my wife and I made the switch to Dr. Bonura a few years ago—and we couldn’t be happier. Today was my first visit with Dr. Bonura. I first want to say, I am so glad that I found this dentist office in Hasbrook Heights. Elaim gave me the best teeth cleaning I ever had. She cleaned every single tooth, was very gentle, and made sure to suck the water out of my mouth as she went along so I wasn’t uncomfortable. The entire team at Dr Bonura's office are top-notch! The dental care is excellent and done with care and compassion. What sets them apart is how well they run their practice. They are very respectful of the patients time and it is a well oiled machine. Dare I say, I actually enjoy going to the dentist!
Lori welcomes you into the office with her friendly smile making you feel immediately welcome. Dr. Bonura is a dental Sherlock Holmes. He looks at the x-rays, he looks around in your mouth, and he gets to the bottom of what the issue/s are. He is ethical and will only advise you to do what is best for your oral health. He takes the time to answer your questions/concerns. His knowledge of dentistry is impressive. And, yes, his office is clean and nice.
Excellent doctor and very attentive. I’ve been going to Dr Bonura for years and him along with his staff have been very professional and provide excellent service. There are dentists out there that are pushy and try to provide additional unnecessary service. Dr Bonura does my exams and gets to the bottom line without trying to sell unnecessary things. He’s very thorough and makes sure that I leave his office satisfied with no issues. Definitely a straight forward good quality dentist.
