Dismissive and unwilling to help. When I walked in to pick up a ring the staff was on the phone and could not make time to speak with me. They could not resize my ring and when I inquired about what my other options were the staff was dismissive and in a rush to get me out the door to return to their phone call. Disappointing service.
I had the most amazing experience. Andrea and her team helped pick out the Diamond, design the ring and get it made exactly how I imagined it would come out. I couldn’t be happier or recommend anyone more highly for an engagement ring.
