The manager of this place is rather rude, doesn't listen to directions from the customer regarding what customer wants. He cut my daughter's hair rather than trimming it. It took 2 years for my daughter to get her hair to the length she wanted and he cut a huge chunk out of it. My daughter left the place crying. Rather than apologizing, the manager was arguing with me on the phone and talking to me very rude.
