Wow! What a disappointment. After years of wonderful medical care, this office and level of professionalism have declined. Yesterday I received a call to confirm my annual wellness visit. Today I arrived at my appointment and was told it was cancelled. The front-end staff informed me that I am no longer a patient. Excellent care. Travel from Cape Coral to keep him as my Primary.
Myself and husband established today with Dr. Alfano. It was a great experience. He genuinely seemed to care and want to learn about us. Didn't just push us in and out. We will be sticking around for years to come. :) Update: Sad he is dropping young patients now. So we were dropped and had to move to another provider.
