I’m so happy I found this community for my mom! It is so beautiful Everyone is so friendly and my mom is so happy and has made so many friends already! Thank you to the American house team for being amazing and doing what you do! You All truly care and it shows every day!
We Moved my dad in to American House back in February and we have had a great experience. He was really going through a difficult time after losing my Mother and we credit the staff for helping him back to the good spirited Man he was prior to losing her. We feel good knowing he’s in a place where people are happy to be there, the staff care and we do consider American house to be part of our family now.
My family member had a terrible experience in this facility. He went into Memory Care at the end of April and by the end of June I had to move him to another facility. Yes, it’s a big shiny new place and they make lots of big promises, but don’t deliver. I must tell you, Karen in Memory Care is awesome and caring, but it ends there as far as this facility, and she deserves to work in a better place in my opinion. I can’t say enough wonderful things about American House..From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was the right place for my mother. The staff is not only highly trained, but incredibly compassionate and patient. They treat my mom with genuine kindness and dignity every single day.
