they are the worst stuff there, in the fist year we are super happy with the place but after that they overcharged us, we had to transfer for a small unit and still paid overpriced. Also, they said they are pet friendly but its not at all, they dont have pet common space and always do maintenance without the owners what make stressful for our pets. Friendly staff and beautiful property.
This place has truly been a home for us. We have lived In a 3 bedroom with 3 kids and 2 adults. We also did a transfer after a year to a 2 bedroom apartment they had for us when we couldn’t get into a place in Florida yet. We have Older kids. We love the community here. The office and apartment complex really thrive in there monthly get together they throw. Soda bars, pumpkin painting, egg painting, pool party etc .
