I hate the new office. :( It's all white and blue, bright as heck in there... nothing homey and warm about it anymore. Nobody in the office is the same... and I've know the original people for over 10 years. I don't even see Dr. Flowers on the website. I'm so sad. The experience since the merge or whatever was fine... but it's not the same.
It definitely feels different with the new merge happening at this office. We have been seeing Jessica for the past 10 years for our cleanings. She was gentle, thorough, genuinely caring and the best hygienist in my book. I had my first cleaning this week since Jessica left and it just wasn’t the same. Feels dysfunctional with all the temp staff. Even when you request a specific provider, they place you with whoever is available.
