It definitely feels different with the new merge happening at this office. We have been seeing Jessica for the past 10 years for our cleanings. She was gentle, thorough, genuinely caring and the best hygienist in my book. I had my first cleaning this week since Jessica left and it just wasn’t the same. Feels dysfunctional with all the temp staff. Even when you request a specific provider, they place you with whoever is available.
Dr.Flowers and staff are amazing. Karly is the best and Katie is just a peach up front!!
Honest and straight forward (which is hard to find anymore.) Staff is professional and amicable. No frills or excessive procedures. Have been going for years.
