Extremely disappointed with the construction practices at this site. On Monday morning May 11, the crew began operating heavy machinery before 6:00 AM, which is a clear violation of Calgary’s noise bylaws. When confronted about the illegal start time, the situation escalated dangerously. One of the workers intentionally used his vehicle to intimidate me, driving directly toward me while I was on the phone reporting the noise to 311.
