I want to say how wonderful all the staff was at Anthem Senior Living for my dad. He was only there for just over a month. It was the most difficult part of the end of his life. He was suffering from Parkinson’s and dementia. All the staff were so patient, passionate, caring and supportive to him and for us. The home was extraordinary clean, very inviting and homey. The staff was always professional always making sure everyone was well cared for.
Wish we had done this sooner. Sam and the FULL Staff of Kind, Caring PEOPLE have made such a difference in Mom! It Is a Home Environment which is so important at this Stage of Life! Beautiful Space and surrounding grounds. Visiting Mom is easy and she is well cared for! She likes it! We have good support by them and always updated if changes. Unlike other places, they can get things done when needed. On the ball! We are honestly very happy with this Home and our decision. Thank you for this opportunity 🙏
As a former resident , I can tell you I was lied to about so much. There wasn’t really 24/7 care and they consider you a supreme inconvenience if you have to be up and prepared for transport before their staff is to be paid. I was actually kicked out but because I didn’t stay long enough my deposit was never to be refunded even though they choose to remove me.. if you love the person take them somewhere else. I’m not sure where to even begin to review Sam Ile. As a daughter, admitting that you need help and can no longer take care of your dad alone, in a way that he deserves to be cared for, is a very hard decision to come to. There are so many questions. So many unknowns. It feels daunting, overwhelming, and honestly a little like you’ve failed your parent that has spent their entire life caring for you.
