Terrible Experience at Origin by Anthem in North Vancouver Our experience living at Anthem’s Origin building in North Vancouver has been extremely disappointing. The management by Ciara and Arundpeed has been consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward tenants. The downtown location is easy to find, right in Bentall IV, with plenty of transit options nearby. The reception area is modern and well-lit, and the lobby staff were warm and professional. The appointment ran smoothly—the project manager was knowledgeable, explained the development process in detail, and answered all my questions clearly. I felt confident and well-supported throughout. Highly recommend Anthem for anyone exploring real estate development or investment opportunities!

Anthem Properties stiffed me out of thousands of dollars. I lived in an apartment building Anthem purchased to demolish. According to law, Anthem is required to pay me a monthly top-up payment to compensate for whatever rental increase I accrue from being forced to move. Anthem's "relocation experts" insisted I heed their advice throughout the process, advising me that if my new rental unit's monthly rental cost was less than my allotted top-up amount, that I could keep the remainder of the top-up amount.
