No helping people all the areas and garbage fill up with the homeless people. The nurse is very bad. We just hear since 11:30 in the morning to 130 in the morning. That means we here more than 14 hours. No one assist us stupid people.
I had an issue with my retaining wall, and Anthem Properties exceeded my expectations in resolving it. Brad was a superstar to work with—professional, diligent, and attentive throughout the process. He deserves a raise. Developers often get a bad rap for not taking accountability, but Anthem proved otherwise by stepping up and handling the situation with care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Anthem is a terrible, low tier developer. They sub contracted a concrete company to redo the sidewalks, across 8 homes the sidewalk was 3” higher than the driveways and final grading. Anthem is now choosing to neglect the damage they’ve done as well as the hazard of having such a significant drop. People could trip, fall, or get very injured.
