We’ve called several time and we’re not given any information and we’re rudely spoken to. We are now a day away from being out of propane, and no one wants to help. We’re out on hold and told to wait, it’s been weeks. We have a baby at home and are most likely going to be without heat in this freezing weather because of this poor company and their customer service and responsiveness.
They are very responsive and have very good drivers.
Ran out of propane and 3 hours later they were there for me and my family. Prompt and friendly ...awesome !!!
This company is AWFUL!!! They don't care about their residential customers. They have an online system that they never follow up with. They have let us run out of gas & they let us go low. They have no urgency to take care of their customers. Absolutely ridiculous! I can't believe that Diane has a clear conscious at the end of her day.
