This place is really bad i was supposed to get propane delivered on October 10th I have automatic delivery. I still havent gotten propane and my tanks are down to 10%. I called last night and they said we have to make an appointment. Doesn't make sense when I have auto delivery setup. This isn't the 1st issue I have had last winter they came and filled my tanks but they turned the bottles off and I thought I had a issue with my furnace. We’ve called several time and we’re not given any information and we’re rudely spoken to. We are now a day away from being out of propane, and no one wants to help. We’re out on hold and told to wait, it’s been weeks. We have a baby at home and are most likely going to be without heat in this freezing weather because of this poor company and their customer service and responsiveness.
They are very responsive and have very good drivers.
Ran out of propane and 3 hours later they were there for me and my family. Prompt and friendly ...awesome !!!
