The Sale person of this company came to my house and offered me he will give me a gift card if I choose to jump to this company, since I already had one, so he put me a very high Cancellation Fee to avoid later I could cancel de contract and finally he never accomplish her compromise to give me the cancellation fee of the first company that I had, so at the end, the service was not so good as he told me and also I had to paid the first cancellation fee of the company that I had before. Awful company. They provide subpar service. Won't go inside the house unless you tell them ahead of time and make a separate appointment while charging you $99 a month. Terrible Terrible. Don't use them. They sell a good game but they do not hold up their end of the bargain and their products does nothing. A complete waste of money and time. Same company as Aruza Pest control now. One of their reps damaged my wall and never owned up to it. They will also continue to charge you for closed accounts. THIS IS A SCAM!
