Beautiful facility! The staff were very warm and welcoming. All of my questions were answered, and I had A LOT!! The residents seemed very happy. I was even greeted by a couple outside enjoying the sunshine!! The food looked delicious and I loved the outdoor patio area. I also enjoyed the outdoor dock area, so many turtles! Overall, a great place to call home!
Run away from this community! This is not the place to put your family members. The care staff is great, but I noticed that every time I visited my family member that they were very short staffed. It appears all of the good caregivers quit and I’m guessing that’s due to the lack of support and help. The new Executive Director Denise is incompetent, extremely disrespectful and rude.
