Tim did an amazing job on both our carpets and upholstery (bar stools and two couches). Everything turned out great, left a great fresh clean smell behind. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the work he and Mary did but also the communication the day before the appointment, communication when he was on his way and most importantly his sense of humor. Great job Tim and Mary - you make an excellent team.
So unprofessional - look somewhere else!!! I always have my carpets cleaned, so I know the usual process. This man did not initiate vacuuming the carpets. He just initiated with cleaning solution . He left the carpets so wet, so then I requested kindly to remove as much water as possible . And he just immediately got angry and said if I dont like his job he can leave and he stormed out, slamming the door . My mom still paid him because we are good people, but this kind of business should be stopped

If you really want the job done! Don't request it from this mess. So unprofessional and entitled, so please dont waste your money or time:) also the person was really mean made my daughter and I feel uncomfortable. If there was a negative star options I would rate it a 5 honestly.
