I have been in touch with a complex care coordinator named Teresa at anthem and she has been one of the most wonderful people I could ever speak to but here's the sad part. Even though I'm a sick person and I may or may have gotten a serious case of malpractice done upon me and or even injured because of it?.. have since learned that I mean nothing and matter not to the medical system. Anthem is a trash company and their new anesthesia policy is horrendous. Do NOT use them for insurance. Burn to the ground, slug.
