No coverage anywhere. Worst health insurer we’ve ever had
I can say this is the worst medical insurance. The doctors' offices have assistant's that are rude. Trying to get a doctor that speaks clear English is another big problem.
Having been dropped from Medi-Cal I was forced to choose privatized health insurance. Due to CA being so expensive the majority of major health insurance companies refuse to participate in the California market. It's either Kaiser or Anthem Blue Cross or Chinese Hospital and other unknown carriers. Chose Anthem Blue Cross. For a silver plan there is a huge annual deductible which copays and drugs do not qualify towards! Copays are $50 for a PCP and $90 for a specialist thereby I need to be very choosy in seeing any doctor. T... read more
It's hard to underscore how bad this organization is, at every level.
Terrible Service, Terrible Coverage. Customer Service hung up on me for asking for clarification around 4 months worth of claims that had sporadic coverage for the same exact Physical Therapy Appointments. Send Nick Shirley SOS
