This insurance company is ridiculous, no matter how many times you send a document, they somehow loose the specific document you need to send them. And when it happens they dont call you to let you know thry wait for the 60 days and then call saying we never received the document. I am so sick of fighting with this company to get my 10 month old back on insurance. Its ridiculous, how do you do this to someone with a new born.
