Anthem is the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. I have had different insurance companies through various employers. I have suffered from 2 different diagnosis’ for 10-15 years and have been on numerous meds with a trial and error approach. I have new meds that work, but Anthem as my new insurance will not cover. They keep denying and wanting me to try the same meds that did not work. This process of trial and error for meds will again take months, before my doctor says then they will have to cover the ones that do work... read more
