I have seen some of the worst doctors under this plan I canceled it today I have filed grievances and they have withdrawn them when I tried to cancel they hung up on me the plan not worth it if you see unprofessional doctors

This isn’t a rating for the company, I’d like to recognize an employee of yours that went above and beyond for me. I was having a hard time figuring out an issue with my coverage and she reassured me she would help despite the fact that I was showing no coverage. My experience with this insurance company was and still is until time to switch is trash!!!! I have been trying to get a call back from their nurse for 3 weeks each time I've called ALL the nurses is in meetings. The line I have gotten is "We do apologize someone will reach out to you in 24 hours. No one has called yet!!!! Sad, sad, sad.
