I have seen some of the worst doctors under this plan I canceled it today I have filed grievances and they have withdrawn them when I tried to cancel they hung up on me the plan not worth it if you see unprofessional doctors

This isn’t a rating for the company, I’d like to recognize an employee of yours that went above and beyond for me. I won’t go into great detail but after many calls and many hours on the phone I came across a lady named Octavia Anderson. I was having a hard time figuring out an issue with my coverage and she reassured me she would help despite the fact that I was showing no coverage. My experience with this insurance company was and still is until time to switch is trash!!!! I have been trying to get a call back from their nurse for 3 weeks each time I've called ALL the nurses is in meetings. The line I have gotten is "We do apologize someone will reach out to you in 24 hours. No one has called yet!!!! Sad, sad, sad.
Can't even get past their questions to ask mine. They always hang up when I answer no to wether I have their insurance. I'm trying to GET their insurance. What a joke
