Worst customer service - they don't actually issue claim refunds, they outsource to another company, GMMI, which is just as incompetent as the claims processing department at BC/BS. Claims processing at BC/BS inaccurately enters my bank information to GMMI. GMMI cannot successfully send the reimbursement. BC/BS says 'sorry, not our fault, we don't issue refunds, GMMI does.' BC/BS refuses to correct their mistake.
I just need to know where to find a dentist in network. I have called your dental phone number twice. I have been on hold for 50 minutes and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE. The first time I waited about 40 minutes and thought it must be a mistake so I redialed. Does anyone ever answer the phone? If you only listed your in-network dentists anywhere intuitive on your website I wouldn't even have to call you and sit on hold listening to the same classical music over and over again. SMH
This office location shows up on Google Maps, but the phone number doesn’t go to the office and when I tried to go in person, the office isn’t there.
Worst company ever. I need surgery and they denied my procedure. Said it wasn't medically necessary. They said I needed to go to PT first, then they would review my chart. Went to PT, my therapist said I needed surgery to fix my problem. Report was sent to Anthem and again was denied for surgery. I have no quality of life and they do not care. Do not use this company. I know have to pay for surgery out of pocket.
